Testimonials
My wife and I were looking to build a new ADU on our property in the Wilmington area when we were referred to Greg Jacobs of Jacobs Redevelopment. From initial permitting to the Certificate of Occupancy; Greg, Ted, and their crews of skilled craftsmen went above and beyond to see that all of our wishes, wants, and needs were met. Throughout the entirety of construction Greg was very communicative and always willing to explain the processes and steps that were next. As people who had never experienced constructing a new structure, we were amazed at how Greg made the entire process a breeze. We look forward to working with Greg and Jacobs Redevelopment the future when we build our new home. If looking for a skilled, caring, and highly competent general contractor or home builder in the Wilmington area, look no further. I can tell you from our experience that you will not be disappointed!
